It is our pleasure to exchange or give you the money back for any unused and unmodified hair purchased through our website within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us through this phone number (305)305-8862 in order to exchange for another product or get a refund.  

We're not responsible for any lost or damaged products during any shipping provided by a carrier. If you did not receive your order on time or received damaged products, please contact the third-party carrier to file a claim.

All clip-ins extensions purchases are final.
